The Rehab Center is a facility where Waluigi brought Wario, who was suffering from a slushie addiction, in the MLPB video, Wario's Addiction. Mario, his rehab instructor, had Wario go through a series of tests, including word association, drawings, and eyecharts. Mario failed to make any progress, and that night, Wario escaped to the slushie place.
