The Clone Lair is a small shack that is owned by Wario, Waluigi, and Sonic's clones in Wario and Waluigi's Super Adventures. Many fight scenes took place here. There are a few known areas, such as the entrance way, exit, and a room with a leather couch. This room is where most fight scenes took place, as well as where the clones played video games. There are multiple warp pipes leading to and from the lair.
The Clone Lair, along with the Clone Machine and the clones themselves. was ultimately destroyed by Wario's fart in episode 3-7.
